Despite our best efforts, sometimes fans just break and CTF wants to make it right. If your fan breaks within the first 30 days, please do the following:
1. Take 2 pictures, one of the entire fan and the other highlighting where the fan broke.
2. Email these pictures to notify@ClackThatFan.com with your order number and with a brief and detailed description of how the fan broke.
We will send you a replacement fan to the original shipping address to the original purchaser free of charge to US customers. International customers will be responsible for shipping minus a slight credit.
We offer this generous replacement policy in the off chance of a manufacturing

We reserve the right to ask for more information / evidence and may even ask you to send your broken fan so that we can diagnose and potentially fix the issue with our production partners.
For discontinued fans, we will offer you a different in stock fan of your choice.
